Stepping into 21st century, people now is more care about their health because they understand prevention is better than cure. However, they are more prefer taking natural products to obtain the necessary nutrients than taking the synthetic or dietary supplement. One of the fruits which have been discussed the most recently is blueberry. According to statistics from National Institutes of Health, principal cause of death is Ischaemic Heart Disease (IHD), stroke and followed by lower respiratory disease.
